We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken customer service consultant to join our team and answer questions and requests and bring in new clientele and handle customer sales. The responsibilities of the customer service consultant include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken with a professional demeanor and strong customer service skills is responsible for speaking with clients and potential customers to help them learn about the company’s products and services.
They also suggest changes that could drive up the sales of the company’s solution. Their duties include meeting with clients, explaining how the products or services function, providing training and creating strategies to ensure that products and services are promoted well, reach their target market, and gain sales. They may travel to the client’s location or work in a specific region
Candidate Requirements
- Matric or NQF level 4
- Valid South African ID
