Duties & Responsibilities:
In-store Marketing

Assisting customers over the telephone and face to face within the branch.

Daily and weekly stock take

Ensuring daily stock levels are correct

Customer invoicing, payments and filing for each transaction.

Assisting customers with the right equipment for their requirements

Handling equipment bookings

Arranging equipment from other branches to assist your customers

Arranging daily deliveries and collections of equipment

Ensuring customer accounts are paid up to date

It is a varied, customer facing role. Dealing with builders, DIY customers, contractors and developers that come into the branch, and customers that have an account, over the phone.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
3 years internal counter experience (construction related industry preferably)

Must be friendly, energetic, reliable and helpful

Have excellent email and telephone etiquette

Must provide outstanding customer service.

Computer Literacy is essential

Well Organised

Must have excellent admin skills and organisational skills

Be able to multitask and work under pressure while assisting mutiple customers

Very detail orientated

Willing to work retail hours (shifts including weekends) – 45 hours per week and over time from time to time as required

Package & Remuneration:
R 90 000 to R 126 000 per annum

Discretionary Annual Bonus

15 days annual leave

Monthly Incentives

Overtime (when required to work over and above work schedule)
