Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, information technology, data science, machine learning, or related field.
  • Honours degree is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of Windows platforms and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
  • Analysis, debugging, and SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage customers professionally, and function in a team or individually.
