Comprehensive in-house training provided by experienced Trainers as well as continuous individualised feedback and coaching will propel you to develop your skills, enhance your communication abilities to achieve a high standard of work.
We offer basic salary with uncapped commission, performance bonuses and benefits.
Training/Probation Period(first 3 week contract): uncapped Commission
- Week 1- Paid Training(R2000)
- Week 2- Target is 5 for the week. R2000 basic, R160 per sale and bonus of R500 on 100% of target.
- Week 3- Target is 10 for the week.R2000 basic, R160 per sale and bonus of R500 on 100% of target.
Permanent Contract:
- R5500 basic, uncapped commission, company benefits
- Average salary once permanent-R27 500.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent) (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT OBTAINED YOUR MATRIC)
- Speak fluent English and Afrikaans
- Clear criminal record
