Requirements
- Grade 12 with mathematics / literacy
- A completed diploma, degree / honours degree in Human Resources Management / Human Resources Development / Industrial Psychology or any other relevant qualification
- A completed degree, diploma or other relevant qualification in HR / Industrial Psychology.
- A completed Bachelor of Commerce Degree / Diploma in Accounting or relevant equivalent
qualification - A completed Btech, Diploma, Degree in Supply chain management or Production / Materials planning or relevant equivalent qualification
- A completed BTech, Diploma or Degree in Environmental / Safety Management / SHEQ related
qualification.
Required Technical and Soft Skills:
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical Thinker
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Deadline and results driven
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions
