BCX Graduate/Internship Programme 2022 – How to Apply

Details:

The Graduate Intern will be required to perform functions related to the specific area in which they will be placed.

He/she will be trained, guided, and developed under the supervision of experienced Executives/ Managers/ Specialists for a 24-month period.

Key Deliverables/Primary Functions

Participate in the various business unit or business area-related projects as and when assigned, and in line with development objectives.
Job shadow and provide operational support aligned to specific development outcomes.
Attend training and development programmes as and when assigned, linked to the personal development plan.

Qualifications:

NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma
OR NQF 7: 3-year Bachelors Degree
