This is a JSE listed company and has a record of providing accessible and affordable services to their clients for over 30 years. Your main responsibilities will include prudential reserving and reporting, maintain, develop, and enhance actuarial valuation models, IFRS17 development, and developing adhoc models for business needs.
Education Requirements:
- Actuarial Science degree
- Completed A-level/CT exams
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- At least 3 years’ Actuarial experience in Life industry, in particular SAM, Valuations, and Embedded Value Reporting
- Experience with using actuarial modelling software- such as Basys, Prophet or Moses.
- SQL/ Qlikview (advantageous)
- IFRS17 experience
