- Commerce
- Social Science
- Accounting
- Finance
- 3 Year National Diploma/National N Diploma at NQF6 with 240 credits in the following fields:

- Customer service and product skills

- Communication skills
- Effective time management
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound interactions
- Managing back-office activities (Non-Technical Dispatch and follow-ups)
- Managing Multi-media activities and Outbound (proactive customer interaction) Campaigns
- Engaging in general customer interaction and service improvement
- Supporting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service Processes
- Handling Vending, Prepaid, and Easy pay operations
