Position Title : IT Intern
Reporting to: IT Manager
Duration: 6 months Fixed term Contract

Job Overview – SharePoint & 0365 Administrator; Support, Implementation & securing of the 365 SharePoint & file sharing space & assist the business in maximizing the cloud environment.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Grade 12 and Degree/Diploma in IT or any related qualification.
  • Individuals must have a working knowledge of SharePoint online, Power Apps, and Power
  • automates.
  • Experience in securities & sharing.
  • Experience with integration design patterns.
  • Exposure to PowerApps Flow, SharePoint Designer applications.
  • MCSE: SharePoint (or equivalent).
  • Experience of SharePoint M365 Administration.
  • Experience in SharePoint Online & 0365.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Technical Setup & Management

  • Designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint Sites
  • Assist with building and support SharePoint workflows.
  • Integrating applications and creating libraries.
  • Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
  • Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
  • Troubleshooting issues, testing & implementation per business requirements
  • Handle the SharePoint issue according to business requirement.
  • Proactively monitor SharePoint storage capacity, site collection metrics, and support business
  • requests
  • Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.

Backup & Restore

  • Restore site data as required.
  • Restore OneDrive data as required.
  • Restore Teams data as required.
