What You Will Do:

  • Execute the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with local leadership team and global hiring function to develop, implement, and execute the hiring strategy
  • Provide qualified feedback and guidance to hiring managers during the interview process
  • Attract candidates through multiple channels and methods including developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates – local and foreign
  • Evaluate applications, screening, interviewing and guiding candidates on our company’s hiring road-map
  • Build and secure a strong database and a diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Maintain and develop a network of market contacts to identify potential candidates for future needs

Your Profile:

  • Min. 3 years of end-to-end agency recruiting experience is mandatory
  • Direct experience recruiting across the Engineering/IT or Finance niche’s
  • Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
  • Fluent in English – mandatory.
  • Solid expertise in interviewing techniques, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
  • Ability to make things happen in a team and independently is key
  • Robust sourcing skills with first-hand experience in implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive and rare candidates
  • Self-starter, open-minded and results-oriented
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-moving environment
