What You Will Do:
- Execute the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partner with local leadership team and global hiring function to develop, implement, and execute the hiring strategy
- Provide qualified feedback and guidance to hiring managers during the interview process
- Attract candidates through multiple channels and methods including developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates – local and foreign
- Evaluate applications, screening, interviewing and guiding candidates on our company’s hiring road-map
- Build and secure a strong database and a diverse pipeline of candidates
- Maintain and develop a network of market contacts to identify potential candidates for future needs
Your Profile:
- Min. 3 years of end-to-end agency recruiting experience is mandatory
- Direct experience recruiting across the Engineering/IT or Finance niche’s
- Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
- Fluent in English – mandatory.
- Solid expertise in interviewing techniques, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Ability to make things happen in a team and independently is key
- Robust sourcing skills with first-hand experience in implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive and rare candidates
- Self-starter, open-minded and results-oriented
- Flexibility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-moving environment
