The Public Health and Social Development Sectoral Bargaining Council (PHSDSBC), invites applications from suitably qualified and unemployed graduates to apply for the 2022 – 2024 internship Programme. We seek to appoint unemployed qualified graduates, and on the disciplines listed below.

Stipend: Each intern will receive a monthly stipend of R5 500.00.

Duration: Twenty-four (24) months

The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:

Collective Bargaining Interns

  • Ref No: Collective Bargaining – CB24/05/22
  • Required Field of Study: National Diploma / Degree in: Labour Law and Labour Relations.

Dispute Management Interns

  • Ref No: Dispute Management – DM/24/05/22
  • Required Field of Study:  National Diploma / Degree in: Labour Law and Labour Relations.

Corporate Services Interns

  • Ref No: Human Capital Management – CSD24/05/22
  • Required Field of Study: National Diploma / Degree in: Human Resources Management / Labour Law.

Information and Communications Technology Interns

  • Ref No: Marketing and Communications – MarCom24/05/22
  • Required Field of Study: National Diploma / Degree in:
  1. Communications;
  2. Stakeholder relations management
  3. Marketing management.

Information and Communications Technology Interns

  • Ref No:Information Technology (IT) – IT24/05/22
  • Required Field of Study: National Diploma / Degree in: Information Technology or related field

Requirements:

  • Must be an unemployed South African youth;
  • Must have completed and passed grade 12 (Matric);
  • Must have passed and completed a National Diploma or Degree at any recognized South African Institution of Higher Education and Training (HET) on the aforementioned disciplines;
  • Have a valid South African ID;
  • The applicants must not have been exposed to work experience in their area of study or have participated in an internship programme before.
