A well-established company based on the East Rand is looking for a Paint Application Supervisor to join their team!
Minimum Education: Matric
Minimum Experience: Must have previous experience as a Spray Painter or a Paint Application Technician with at least 2 years’ experience within a Management or Supervisory role.
Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
- Coordinating and monitoring the application of paint to various surfaces, ensuring proper techniques and quality standards are maintained
- Managing a team of spray painters, this includes assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, evaluating performance, and promoting a safe working environment
- Responsible for ensuring that all paint applications meet the required quality standards
- Responsible for managing paint inventories, including ordering and maintaining an adequate supply of paints, coatings, solvents, and other materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Maintain records related to paint application activities, including material usage, work progress, quality inspections, and safety incident
