Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be proactive, motivated and have strong organisational skills. This individual will be part of a team that maintains and develops an effective ICT support infrastructure. Responsibilities will include dealing with IT related issues via telephone, email, ticketing systems and directly with customers.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Knowldege and experience of Microsoft Operating Systems
Knowledge and experience of Active Directory & Group Policy administration advantageous
Extensive knowledge of O365 technologies with experience of 2 or more of the following: Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams (Experience with 0365 migrations and onboarding activities advantageous)
Knowledge of LAN and WAN Networks
Good understanding of PC Hardware, Setup and configuration
Sound organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers licence and own transport essential
