Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities and duties in this position will include but are not limited to the following:

Formulation and execution of local IT strategy.
Resolve support issues.
Complete ownership of 2nd line technical issues
Manage and Liaise with 3rd party vendors and contractors.
Formulation and management of local IT budget – CAPEX and OPEX.
Support and administer technologies including Networks, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Office365, VMWare and Citrix
Installation of and configuration of computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.
Account administration of all core office systems and applications.
Problem solving Network, PC/Server hardware and OS issues.
Assist and complete administrative and operational tasks, data management, incident logging, reporting, systems monitoring and testing, and disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Manage IT Operations assets and contracts.
Collaborate with various global technical teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet IT operational needs.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

Other duties and responsibilities:

Manage IT subordinates at remote locations. Will require ad hoc travel.
Management of telecommunications and connectivity infrastructure, including fibre lines and wireless backup mediums.
Ownership of all IT administration including mobile contracts, hardware allocation documents and asset registers.
