Principal Accountabilities:
- At least 10 years experience in heavy duty plant and machinery, where 5 years of this experience should have been in a trackless environment.
- Good team leadership skills would be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of machinery (Professional/Technical Skills)

The requirements for this position are:
- BSC or B-Tech Engineer
- 5 Years Management experience
- Must be willing to accept the appointment of a 16.2 on the mine.
